Hi everyone,
Back in January 2022, Opera launched its experimental Crypto Browser for desktop and mobile, serving as a testing ground for advanced Web3 technologies. Today, we're excited to share that the core features from that project have been successfully integrated into our flagship Opera browsers across all platforms. As a result, support for the standalone Crypto Browser will end on March 14th.
At Opera, we recognize that crypto and Web3 are no longer niche concepts but fundamental components of modern web infrastructure. This strategic shift ensures all our users can access the innovative tools pioneered by the Crypto Browser—features that are redefining how we browse today.
